KEVIN TYLER MURPHY

October 22, 1991 - October 1, 2021

With broken hearts we announce the unexpected passing of Kevin Tyler Murphy, our beloved son, brother, uncle, and grandson, at the age of 29 years.

Kevin is survived by his adopted family, parents, Chris and Margaret Murphy; sisters Jennifer, and Kathryn (Brian); brother Patrick; grandmothers, Anne and Vida; nieces Nevada, Aubri and Averi. He is also survived by his birth brothers, Brian, Justin, Jared, Michael, Daren, and Bradley. He was predeceased by his birth parents, Ruth and Gary.

Kevin was born in Winnipeg but spent some of his childhood years in Nova Scotia and Alberta as part of a military family. He loved the outdoors and music, as well as activities like skateboarding, playing football, playing guitar, and computer games. He loved hats and could almost always be seen wearing one.  Kevin was talented and excelled at most things he did. He enjoyed working in both the construction trade and in roofing.

He was creative and funny and had a smile that would light up a room. He made friends easily with those he encountered.

We will cherish the memories and good times with you Kevin. You were a gift to our family.

Respecting Covid restrictions, a celebration of Kevin's life will be held on October 22nd by invitation.

At the going down of the sun, and in the morning, we will remember you.
