Mom was predeceased by her parents Lucien and Aline Gregoire. And her brothers Edouard and Guy and sister Doris. She is survived by her sister Diane.

With deep sadness and abiding love, we announce the unexpected passing of Karen Rae Schmidt (née Rathwell) on April 1, 2025, just one day shy of her 77th birthday. Surrounded by the love of her family, Karen passed away at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Eloise (Wesie) at St. Boniface Palliative Care Unit on April 6, 2025, at the age of 67. Surrounded by her loving daughter, Callie; and son-in-law, Jerrit. Wesie peacefully left us after a courageous battle with cancer.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Marilynn (Lynn) Warkentin at the age of 63 on April 2, 2025. Lynn died peacefully, surrounded by her three beloved children at the Selkirk Regional Hospital after a short but courageous battle with cancer.

Gilles Desrochers, age 65, beloved husband to Diana, and loving father to Jesse, Nicole, and Luke passed away peacefully in his sleep in the early hours on April 8th, 2025, after a short and unexpected battle with cancer.

Beloved husband of Jocelyne Bourbonnais, whom he had known since middle school, Pierre left for the Spirit world from his home, surrounded by family and friends, after 15 months of failing health.
