LAURA MAY HUTCHESON

1957-2023

Laura May Hutcheson was the first born to Nelson and Marjorie Hutcheson; June 18, 1957 in Whitney, Ontario.

She was a big sister to Linda, Andrew, Thomas, and Ken. Laura graduated from high school in MacGregor, Manitoba and went on to complete her training as a Personal Caregiver in Winnipeg. She was a very dedicated caregiver and spent many years with her clients.

She had many hobbies. Family always looked forward to her visits bringing unique ,handmade items for all. Laura was a doting Auntie, who loved to laugh and giggle.  If there was children at a gathering that is where you would find her.

A heart of gold, a smile of pure joy, that extended kindness to all she knew. That was our Laura.

God came for you so softly
That only you could here
No one heard the footsteps
Of the Angel drawing near

Softly from the shadows
There came a gentle call
You closed your eyes
And went to sleep
And quietly left us all

"May the wind under your wings bear you where sun sails and moon walks"

So sorry to hear of Laura’s passing.  We were good friends in high school and she had such a rosy outlook on life and an infectious laugh! So regret losing contact through the years.  She was one of a kind!

I’m so sorry to hear about Laura’s passing. She was so much a part of our family for so many years when she lived with my sister Millie. She had a kind heart and a great giggle. I’ve thought about her often over the years. I trust that she’s at peace and still the caregiver that she’s always been. My condolences to all her family. Sincerely Barb Gordon (Schultz)
